1. Scope of Agreement

By accessing RestauReach.com, submitting a request for our Growth Audit, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) with RestauReach Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all growth advisory, local SEO infrastructure, paid performance advertising, and revenue engineering services.

2. Growth Audits & Diagnostic Sessions

Complimentary Growth Audits provided via RestauReach represent expert diagnostic evaluations based on publicly accessible data, third-party search indexes, and client disclosures. Audits are delivered in good faith to identify booking friction and revenue leakage, with zero binding long-term obligation to purchase ongoing services.

3. Performance Commitments & RevPASH Metrics

Unlike traditional agencies that sell vanity impressions, RestauReach structures engagements around verifiable operational targets:

• Mutual Collaboration: Client agrees to grant timely API access to verified marketing assets (Google Business Profile, Meta Business Manager, reservation engines) necessary to execute approved campaigns.
• Direct Reservation Attribution: Performance is benchmarked against direct table covers, phone inquiries, and reservation clicks captured through proprietary landing funnels.
• Zero Hidden Lock-Ins: Service tiers operate on month-to-month or defined milestone terms as specified in individual client agreements.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

Clients retain 100% ownership of all brand trademarks, food photography, menu assets, and diner customer lists. RestauReach retains ownership of its proprietary algorithmic tracking scripts, agentic optimization workflows, and pre-built code templates.

5. Limitation of Liability

RestauReach is not liable for third-party platform interruptions (such as temporary Google Search index changes, Meta advertising outages, or POS network downtime) beyond reasonable commercial mitigation efforts.
